HMC  Service Company provides turnkey building automation systems that  incorporate facility HVAC systems, lighting controls, interface to  computer room equipment and critical area/equipment monitoring, and temperature control systems.  The  systems provide the ability to interface with various manufacturers  thru BACnet, Lon and Modbus communication protocols via an easy to use  graphic user interface.  These protocols allow direct communication  with devices such as variable frequency drives, lighting control  panels, and HVAC factory mounted control panels.

Automation systems are able to notify when an alarm condition exists and take  action to minimize damage or downtime.  Notification is available  through modem PC connections, pager, or email.

A web based browser interface can provide access to the  system from any PC that has Internet access.
